How far in advance should I book a shoot?
To ensure availability, especially during the busy wedding or festive seasons, we recommend booking your session at least 1–2 months in advance. Early bookings also give us time to understand your preferences and plan your shoot more creatively.
Can I customize the photography package according to my needs?
Definitely. We understand that every event and client is unique. Our packages are flexible, and we’re happy to tailor them to include extra coverage, drone shots, reels, photo albums, or specific editing styles as per your vision.
Do you travel for shoots outside Indore or for destination weddings?
Yes, we love traveling for shoots and are available for events across India and internationally. We do require that travel and accommodation costs be covered, but everything else remains the same — quality, creativity, and dedication.
Will I receive raw or unedited images as well?
Yes, raw files can be shared upon request. However, our primary focus is on giving you the best curated and edited images that are professionally enhanced for colors, sharpness, and style.
What’s the delivery time for photos and videos?
Our usual delivery time is 3–5 weeks. Highlight teasers or previews can be shared earlier upon request. Album printing may take slightly longer depending on design approvals.
Is an advance payment required to confirm the booking?
Yes, a booking amount is required to reserve your date. The balance can be paid in installments or after the final delivery, depending on your package. We also provide receipts and agreements for full transparency.
What are the payment terms?
The payment is usually expected in 3 installments.
1. 50% payment is to be cleared before the shoot.
2. 40% after the shoot is completed.
3. 10% on the day of content delivery.
